Explore, Reflect, then Boldly Define Love for yourself.
Who is this for?
Individuals willing to tell their love stories, explore them deeply, reflect on patterns and gaps, then create a definition of love for themselves that will guide, deepen, and communicate a vision of more fulfilling relationships.
This workshop will culminate in a performance.
Take Control of Your Love
The art of storytelling is a powerful tool for exploring love deeply. A compelling love story places our lived experiences into a narrative structure on paper. Exploring this history in narrative form can reveal core themes, emotional turning points, and patterns. And ultimately, it can help us better understand change, putting you in control of the love in your life.
Together, we will better understand love and connection in a safe, vulnerable space. Because patterns may emerge in our love life across various relationships, this workshop explores relationships with family and friends as well as romantic love.
During this workshop, you will learn to:
Tell your own love stories.
Reflect on them collectively to reveal patterns or gaps.
Create a bold definition of love for yourself to guide your move forward.
Bond through the unique and shared narratives of the group.
Length:
(1) 180-minute session
Capacity:
Maximum 10 pp.
Cost: FREE
We are looking for 10 VOLUNTEERS to participate in (1) online and (1) in-person experience to help us refine this workshop.
